Oregon Trail Brewfest

The 3rd Annual Oregon Trail Brewfest is the first brewfest to celebrate breweries along the Oregon Trail! Taste beers from Kansas City, to Boise, to Oregon City, the official end of the Oregon Trail! 

 
 

Registration

Please register by completing the online registration or by downloading the PDF form.

The form is for vendors who wish to sell food only, no alcohol.  

Priority will be given to food vendors that sell substantial food items that comply with the OLCC Plan to Manage. 


DATES + SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

Saturday, August 4th - 11:00 am – 9:00 pm
Sunday, August 5th - 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Setup: Saturday - 8:00 am – 10:00 am
Breakdown: Sunday - 4:00 pm


Event Details

You must be set up at least 30 minutes ahead of the event start time. You will be assigned a load-in time one week prior to the event. Late arrival may result in exclusion.

All food vendors must commit to both Saturday and Sunday and remain open until 9:00pm on Saturday and 4:00pm on Sunday. This is to comply with the OLCC Plan to Manage. Food vendors who break down before event closing time will not be asked to return next year.

The event layout and vendor locations will be determined by the event committee. Vendor products will play a role in determining vendor locations.


Fees

Rates based on one (1) 10’x10’ booth space:

Early Bird Registration (Before May 30th, 2018): $100

Regular Registration (Before July 16, 2018): $125

Late Registration (After July 16, 2018 – Space Permitting): $150

Are you a downtown business? Businesses in the downtown district will receive 20% off their registration. In addition, Friends of Downtown Oregon City will receive 20% off their registration as well. 

In exchange, we supply your booth space, the opportunity to sell food at the event and your customers. You will be required to provide your own canopy, tables, serving vessels (e.g. plates, bowls, cups), napkins, and utensils.

If you require electricity, it’s an additional fee of $30 per 500-watt.


Attendance

We expect 3,500 – 5,000 in attendance and anticipate needing around 10 food vendors to participate. Please prepare accordingly.


Requirements to vend and prepare food within the event area:

  • Vend from a designated booth space. Sidewalks need to be kept clear.
  • Completion of a hold harmless waiver.
  • Pay registration fee to Downtown Oregon City Association.
  • Satisfy all county health department requirements.

Payment Policy: Payment is due with registration. Your application will not be processed without receiving a check or payment online for the full amount.

Cancellations: Must be submitted in writing and received by July 1 to receive a 50% refund. No refunds after July 1.
